FLOW CYTOMETRY

Immunophenotypic analysis by multiparameter flow cytometry is a powerful tool used in determining the expression of cell surface and intracellular markers. Normal and abnormal cells can be identified, enumerated and characterized with respect to biomarker expression, cell lineage and maturation state. The sensitivity of the technology allows large amounts of data to be processed quickly and with rare event analysis. Our laboratory has experience validating novel antibodies for clinical trial flow analyses.n.
